Hola mis queridos!!! Como estamos??
Saben que?!! I am back in east la. Transfers really threw a curve ball at me this time. Chino was officially my third area where I only spent one Transfer in an area. The lord really just likes moving me around. I was actually quite bummed.I thought I was gonna end my mission in chino, 2 transferencias mas... but that is ok. "Donde me mandas iré"
》Said bye to all the members in chino and all the cows. Triste
》Took hna Terry to the airport, very odd experience because that will be me very soon
》My new comp is so cool! Hna Cardozo! She is from Argentina. She loves to work which I LOVE because last transfer was rough...
》we are double covering a family ward and a YSA ward, which is super fun! We are always busy.
》I live in the same apartment complex as one of my old comps...literally a tender mercy from heaven.
》we have some cool progressing friends. Not really sure I know much about them... but it seems great. This week will be fun trying to get to know everyone

I was studying about our covenant to endure to the end this week. And it was actually very meaningful. I found a really good quote... and it relates back to running so it was 10 times better
"Imagine you are about to run a big race. As you start out, you’re full of energy and ready to take on the task that lies ahead. But the race is long and hard. Fatigue sets in—even exhaustion. Yet you push through the competition, putting one foot in front of the other until you finally cross the finish line, proud that you endured well to the end. When we receive the gospel of Jesus Christ, we begin a lifelong journey. Some days we may feel full of hope and determination—other days the path may feel long and difficult. But we don’t give up. Instead, we rely on the Lord’s promise that He will never leave us or forsake us (see Hebrews 13:5), and we choose each day to “press forward with a steadfastness in Christ” (2 Nephi 31:20)."
You all know home much I LOVE running (PS I live by a track again woot woot). The crazy thing is that running to me is more than running. It is quite literally a connection I have to God. Races can be big and scary...just like life. But I promise that if you let Jesus Christ help guide you one step at a time you will have run faster than you thought possible. But you have to let him help you, and you have to give every last ounce of energy, sweat, and tear to HIM. He will not let you fail if you do so.

Well, the last couple of days have been kinda interesting… I found out I was transferring which is not what I expected at all! They first asked if I would STL, but then they called back and said nvm. I feel that they aren't having me STL because of the silly little pranks. I know it probably isn't that but I feel un-settled. I don't like messing up. And because i am not stl i am never gonna see hna zavala again which kinda actually broke my heart. I cried to her at the transfer. But apparently there are a lot of crazy things going on right now in the mission with obedience, flirting, diligence. Apparently, the president talked a lot about that to the departing missionaries, I feel like i just got guilt tripped.
I didn't say goodbye to a bunch of people. Only in fact one couple. I was so sad. They were my grandparents. She gave me a dress hand made from Guatemala. Taking hna Terry to tye airport was kinda weird because I will be there in 2.5 months doing the same thing. But my new comp seems really nice! Hna Wright and Hna Gastelum are both in my zone and hna Wright lives in the same apartment complex as me! So so fun! It definitely was a tender mercy from God!

HOW IS IT APRIL?!!! So basically, it has been really fun so far. My comp is cool. She will go to the track while I run. I appreciate it. She is a very dilligent missionary. Which I appreciate very much. She is helping me stay focused on the missionary work and not the faCT that it ends soon. Still just trying to get a hold on a new area AGAIN!! But it has been fun. We are dou le covering a family ward and a YSA ward… but the ysa ward is kinda struggling. So not much happening there. Hna Becerril fed us the other night, and I have known her my whole mission so she basically loves me. It has been super fun.
Saturday.
Interesting day. We had a lot of sit down lessons so we were just going from place to place. But it was weird beciase none of them wanted to believe in the bom really. It was kinda draining. Plus, me and my comp are trying to figure out the whole teaching thing too. She talks a lot in lessons which is str

Sunday. A day full of meetings and church haha. Double covering means 2 of everything. But it is fun. The poor YSA ward is very small, but it is ok. We shall help that. The members seem nice. It should be fun. Other than that not much happened. We made dinner for Hna Gastelum and her comps Boy did I miss her. Then we had a really long phone lesson with one of our friends who is a very interesting thinker. Like very technical. Then Hna Wright came over to our apartment last night to hang out. So that was fun!
