June 25- June 30th

Well today was long but filled with lots of good things. I got my heart rate up to 180 this morning. It literally felt so good. We had goal setting as a zone this morning, cool to see the zone come together and make goals to help fulfill the fathers will. personal study today was good. I am so close to finishing the book of mormon. I really liked Ether 15:34. Just how it refers to doing the lords will, which is something that I am not the best at. Today the lord concecrated our efforts. We got a super prepared refferal who wants to learn more about the book of mormon. And the other one literally ran into us on the way back to our car. Finally seeing a little bit of the fruits of our efforst from finding!! Today we had interviews and I didnt cry!!! I talked to sister jones about family history and how the veil is thinner than we know. And president jones it was so good. He is very proud of me. He even told Hermana Smith that I am a very obedient dilligent missionary. He was also excited to hear that I got the hyms made easy to start playing the piano. He is happy that I am “running to the problems” and not away. And he says that he can always tell that I am trying to help others and not look inwards, but outwards. I asked how I could make my prayers more meaningul and he said to pray the prayer not just say the prayer. I told him that I tend to like to go go go and so he has encouraged me to take this time to slow down and feel the love of my savior. He also said that he has a talk that he is going to share with the mission, and he said the whole time he was listening to it he was thinking about me! So that is cool! I felt super loved. My goal for this next month is to recieve correction with grace. And tonight we had a lesson with maria and now it is in gods hands wether she gets baptized and passes her interview tomorrow. Also was diligent with our time tonight and found a new friend in the last 15 minutes of the night. Such a good day. 8-26-2024 wednesday Today was SO good! Started off my running two miles in 14 minutes. I has been a second since I have gone that fast. And my avg heart rate was a 167. I am sure that it has something to do with elevation too. Had my appointment with Jen today and she says that we are only going to meet one more time and that I don’t need her anymore, kindof frightening but also super good. She said I could call her anytime I needed her. We basically spend the whole appointment talking about running, and she says that I should do it, but I should think bigger than snow college…so I don’ know hahah! Fun to think abou though! Maria had her baptism interview today and she PASSED!!! We were also notified that we are both supposed to speak for 15 minutes in sacrament this sunday. So now we have to plan a baptism and write a talk…SCARY. The lord will provide! Tonight I had my first prayer where I really feel like I was talking to my heavenly father. Like he was actually there listening to me. My heart was full of love and that I actually prayed ther prayer just like president jones said. Just like maleck says, god is so real. 6/27/2024 thursday EXVHANGES with hermana marble! It was so fun! I got to go back into El Molino! We went to eat with my favorite family ever! They were excited to see me again! An hermana from the ward came with us on some lessons and she rememberd me and said that she hopes I come back to the area! Such a fun day! I am definetley going to miss hermana marble so much! We both agreed that our transfer together was probably the best transfer of our missions hahah! That was awesome! Love her bunches! 6/28/2024 Well I'm not gonna lie. Today was kinda poop. Not my favorite day that is for sure. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. We went to the track to run but I kinda twisted my ankle playing basketball, so running today just hurt. we went and found a friend of ours papusa place. So we had that for lunch. And then we were in the house for 4 hours. I was grouchy. Highlight of the day is that we saw Maria and she was so excited to see us and she is so excited for her baptism! For dinner I tried to take a nap but I just cried. Just missin everyone and everything. Especially my best friend lily today. Talked to a family in the ward tonight and one of their daughters isn't baptized so we are gonna start working with her. 6/29/2024 saturday Well today started our pretty well. Ran 3 miles at averageing 8 minute miles. I haven't ran 3 miles since January so it felt great. Today the opposition was rough. I didn't feel that great and it was hot on bikes today. Didn't seem very successful but we made two new friends and our friend Maria is so Excited for her baptism. Found out another one of our friends got shot in the head When he was 17 so that was cool I guess 😅. Probably cry myself to sleep tonight but that's OK. Love getting emails from mom but I have fomo so it's Hard for me not to be with the family. 6/30/2024 Maria got baptized today and I spoke in church! It was a busy day at church hahah! The baptism was so special Maria was so happy! She felt so much peace! I hope she can always remember this day! Not sure if any one understood my talk, but I talked about Jane littlewood! So that was cool and obviously I talked about running! Today was hard, just felt off but it is ok, feeling better now i think! tomorrow is Pday so YAYAYA
