Crazy mission life

Hello everybody. 

Being a missionary is actually one of the craziest things ever. There is so much joy, but also sometimes the adversary just works really hard on you. Some weeks go by really fast and others feel like they are never going to end. As I am getting closer to the end of the mish it is crazy to think about all I have learned and how much I have had to rely on my savior to even get out bed sometimes. This week was definitely one where I had to pray a little harder and spent a little more time on my knees. BUT All I know is that I am super grateful to be able to have this gospel to be able to live with joy in whatever circumstance and I want so badly for our friends to be able to experience this joy too.

Highlights

-God blessed us with so many cool friends this week!!! 

-Our friends came to church! And one of them came because of a pass along card!!

- Biking days bring so many miracles. And we will be doing a car fast week with all the missionaries in the zone so stoked. 

-We had zone conference and it was just so good. President and Sister jones seemed just like proud parents. 

-MLC was also super good. The Arcadia California mission is going to do the impossible this year!!!!

Journal Recap

Monday: not really sure what happened this day. I think. We played soccer outside in the church pakring lot and it helped me be so much happier

Tuesday: We were on bikes, and it was actually so crazy. We met so many cool people. One guy we invited to be baptized first contact and it was actually so so cool and the spirit was so so strong and the only thing is that he has to stop drinking. So pray for antonio. Then we biked about 6 miles to get to a different lesson and he actually didn’t show up because apparently was sick. Not sure how much I actually I believed it. It was crazy cause where we were gonna meet is like and all Chinese park and there never is English people there, but we found a family at a kid's baseball practice and it was sooo cool!

Wednesday: MLC!!! it was so so long! But so good and I reviewed so much revelation for myself and as an STL. It was just absolutely amazing to be with the MLC.

Thursday. Kinda a weird day. But lots of meetings and plannings going on

Friday. ZONE CONFRENCE. It was amazing we actually didn’t get chastised this time. wahoo! it was more like a proud mom and dad moment for president and sister jones. The musical numbers were absolutely amazing. So much revelation. It was long but so so good.

These days keep flying by. I can't believe it is already march. Today was an interesting one. We weren't all getting along super well. My comps were a little grouchy. But we made it through. We biked a lot! Had some awesome lessons! We have found 15 friends this week. Which I have no idea how. We just talk to everyone. We found a cool family today. Hopefully some friends come to church tomorrow. We invited 2 friends to be baptized today. They didn't say yes but they dint say no. Our friend Sara. She is so cool. She is from Nicaragua. And she is just looming for peace in her life because her son has autism. What a cool lady. We also had a hour long lesson with our friend Alma. She LOVES every church. But we were able to really hammer in on authority. Hopefully she has a super cool experience with prayer to know she needs to be baptized. Then we went to Chili's With the elders! And there was a warrior's game on! Best night ever and the food was delicious. So all in all the day ended up ok. Just a few more bumps than usual. A little homesick tonight. Funny how it never goes away.

Sunday. We had 3 friends come to church. They are so cool!!! So many good miracles. A lot of our lessons fell through today so that kinda sucked. Been kinda sad lately. Feeling some push back from my comps almost like there is competition sometimes. But idk. Maybe I am making it up
