Buenos días mi familia

💛 we are having lessons with a girl who is about 12. She is the sweetest and loving the Book of mormon

💛 Ana and Adriano fead us Peruvian food! It was absolutely delicious 😋

💛 we had a super powerful lesson with a refferal about baptism. He said he isn't looking to be a member, but the spirit was absolutely telling us he needs to be on

💛 MLC this week was 8 hours long, but full of power and revalation as we all came in fasting. President Jones promised us that with faith, the Arcadia California mission will do the impossible this year.

💛 Our friend Miranda, her aunt is a member amd she wants to get baptized, but her mom won't let her. Please please please pray that her mom's heart will be softened

💛I can't believe 2024 is over! The craziest year! So many highs and low. But I am super grateful I got to wear His name on my chest and be His missionary. Can't wait for the next 6 months

"Jesus Christ and His Church will never fail you. The Lord never slumbers, nor does He sleep. He “is the same yesterday, today, and [tomorrow].” He will not forsake His covenants, His promises, or His love for His people. He works miracles today, and He will work miracles tomorrow. Faith in Jesus Christ is the greatest power available to us in this life. All things are possible to them that believe. Your growing faith in Him will move mountains—not the mountains of rock that beautify the earth but the mountains of misery in your lives. Your flourishing faith will help you turn challenges into unparalleled growth and opportunity."  -president nelson

Why is faith the first principle in the gospel of Jesus christ? Well because without it the rest would be impossible.

Lots has happened lets review.

Monday: So, we are teaching this girl who is in foster care that is living with a member. She is seriously the sweetest. her name is Ivonne. She doesn’t really have much of a religious back round, but she is so so fun. We have a feeling she is going to get baptized so that is really exciting.

Tuesday: New Year's Eve and president said we had to be inside at 6pm. But we ended up being late getting home because we were at bishop's house and we had a little party there. he is a really good cook and they had a fire going outside. Literally best thing ever.

Wednesday: 2025!! I can’t believe it is already 2025 The time has gone by so fast. 2024 was definitely a roller coaster, but I am so excited to see what 2025 brings this year. We went on exchanges that day and we saw so many miracles. We taught so many lessons. And the sister I went with she is from Thailand and literally the sweetest being ever, she is a little messy though. So we have to help her with that.

Thursday: 8 hours at MLC. It was great revelatory experience. We all went fasting and praying to set a vision for the year. So many great things were talked about, and it is just so special to be witha bunch of missionaries. the missionary that I followed up trained is just killing it and president came up to me and told me that it was me that helped her become that person. So that was actually really good to hear becuase I feel like I didn’t do anything. I also made him banana bread and he LOVED it. And then he also got the Christmas present. And he said that him and sister jones are going to read it every year from now on. So that was really special. It was definitely a long dad, but it was great to be with all of my friends and it gave me some strength to keep going in this work.

Friday: I literally woke up so sick today. Last night was rough. But I got through the day today. But we had lunch with our friends in date! Peruvian food! It was delicious. We had some other cool lessons with some friends. Probably the highlight of the day was the lesson with our friend Luis. He was so so cool! We taught about the spirit and the authority! It was just a very strong spiritual experience and just testified to me that the church is so true. Such A highlight!

Saturday: we drove to the mission office to pick up the sister's car. And we ended up running into president to talk about what we learned in the scriptures. It was really good. We ended up having a really good conversation with him. And the elders have been lots nicer. Also Saturday morning We went and exercised and hna zavala got really sock from the hill sprints and we ended up having to use a random guys bathroom. He was super nice. We are going to go back and give him some cookies. We both are also getting sick so we have been kinda struggling. There was also a baptism from the elders the other day! It was so good. And our friend Miranda came, and we invited her to be baptized, but she is too worried about what her mom would say.

Sunday: our friends came to church! Two new friends came to church! So cool. We also got bashed hard today. And I miss my family to all and all it's been kinda mid
