To my besties... from your besite-

5/6/2024 Today was crazy! We taught tyree lessons tonight. But not even the lessons we thought we were gonna teach. We ended up visiting a inactive family. They gave us tamales. Yesterday I prayed that we would get free food, and u had a feeling that today that prayer would be answered and it was. Then we went to look for someone but then instead we ended up meeting a new friend Wilson. He was so cool and listened so well. Then we met with Eduardo with a member Hugo, except we went to where Hugo lives which is in an assisted living place. They were interesting. We were supposed to be with another member, but it didn't work out. But it was a good thing because Hugo ended up being the exact member we needed. But Hugo is more like a homie. Super chill. And we were able to teach Eduardo's needs so easily because he told us. That doesn't happen often. He wants to overcome addiction and Hugo had overcome that himself. And then we finished the day off with some gram crackers and cream Cheese hahah!

5/7/2024 Today was another good day! Zone and district council were good. I really tried to focus on what Stockton said about being there for my friends and not caring about how some of the other hermanas are treating me poorly now. It was good. I am trying to take the advice of Jen and really just dive into the work here. And line by line and precept by precept I am getting better. Today we actually had sister exchanges throughout our whole zone. And I got to go with Hermana doney. Well, she actually came to my area, I already had to lead my area, but it was kind scary, but I did it! We also had District lunch. I love my district, and our district is so cool. He reminds me of stockton so it is so fun. Did personal study in a library today and it was so fun, I love personal study. Hermana Doney was telling me about how president was telling her that I am going to be a super good missionary. And that the mission right now needs good hard working leader missionaries. And she says that is exactly what I am and am going to be. That was super uplifting! Taught like 5 lessons today. One of them being Satcha! She is 9 years old and full of sass hahaha! But I always be leaving her house feeling uplifted. Then ended the night with starbucks and a good conversation with Hermana Doney

5/9/2024 The last couple days have been so good. We have seen so many miracles! Yesterday was Hermana Marbles birthday day! AND became and aunt!!! So crazy!! Yesterday we were biking. I LOVE BIKING!. We found a guy who was taught by the missionaries a couple years ago, and we taught him again. And he said he has been reading the Book of Mormon ever since. LIKE WHAT! That is so crazy. Then we met this member who is living in a temporary housing facility. SHE IS SO CUTE. She is a miracle. She was paralyzed and then some elders gave her a blessing, and she could talk and walk again. And then later that week she was baptized!! So Cool!!! Today we also saw lots of miracles. Met with Jen today. Literally love that women. She is like very much tough love and just tells me how it is haha. We also got Starbucks and chick fila today. We invited one of our friends to be baptized and he wasn’t so sure, so who knows haha. Then we had a super long lesson with our friend Fernando. I don’t know what was going on hahaha. Then we had a member meal, and she kept saying I look like a doll and that I was so pretty. Dinner with the elders is always so fun. The member finally let us do her dishes. And after i did her dishes, she had me sit on her lap and she gave me a back massage. My face went bright red. But she was literally obsessed with me. Then we had a lesson with our friend Carlos we met. He is 17 and he lives here all by himself. And he said he is going to ride his bike for 1.5 hours to come to our church. So dedicated. Tomorrow is gonna be lit

5-12-20204 Happy Mother's Day mom! Today is hard. I wish I could be home celebrating with you. The last couple days have been crazy. We have faced a lot of oppostion but have also seen a lot of miracles. Friday was hard, we had to weekly plan so we didn´t leave the house till like 5 it was rough. We went and got dinner with the elders though at spanglish kitchen. It was bussin. I think we only had one LT that day. Usually, we average about 5. Saturday we got out of the house around like 10. So we were moving quick. We also slept in yesterday till like 7 which was much needed. We had a lesson with our friend Leon and is very dramatic. He was supposed to get baptized this next Saturday, but now he says he isn´t coming to church anymore…We got some boba after that cause it was hard. I saw hermana marble cry for the first time. Yesterday we in fact taught 8 lessons. We were meeting people who were interested like crazy. We did park finding, parking lot finding, got some cool Facebook referrals. We finally found some women to teach that are sooooo cool! The elders in my area actually had a baptism that I spoke at again. I met this lady named isabel at church last week, i didn´t know she was on date, but she had her granddaughter with her and she was so shy and was just crying. So I gave her some oreos and a sucker, not thinking anything of it. But after that Isabel for sure wanted me at her baptism and to give a talk.

5/12/20204 Today was rough but we got through it. Had church, and our friends “the brothers” came! And we had a lesson afterwards. We invited them to think about being baptized on june 9th. They said they would think about it. But I totally faith that they could do it. Best part of the day for sure was talking to my mom though. I love her. I hope she had a happy Mother's Day. Later today we biked 10 miles to a member and then biked home. Super good use of our time…not. But it was fun. We ate hamburgers!!! I never thought I would be so excited to eat a hamburger. All the member meals we have we eat rice and beans. Definitely the best way to end the day.
