Happy Anniversary- my week recap

 7/23/2024

Today was crazy. I went on exchanges with Hermana G today, not going to lie. I did not want to. But it didn't end up being a good day! I learned that we actually have a lot in common and we had some good talks. We did some Whittier Blvd finding. It was pretty good! We got some numbers for English class tomorrow. We talked to some dope people. I also LOVED the package dad! I cried reading the letter. It helped me a lot today! And me and the hermanas just ended the night playing bocce ball outside on our lawn! So that was actually so fun! And tonight we had a cool miracle and this lady saw us sitting on the sidewalk, and she invited us into her backyard to have more privacy! So that was so cool! And we met a new mom on whittier blvd! Said we could call her tomorrow. We also ate some super good pupusas 

7/24/2024

Today was absolutey awesome! It was pioneer day so for vision series we learned about pioneers and I shared the story of Jane Littlewood and how she is one of the reasons that I am still here. We were able to find lots of friends today! We found 5 new friends today it was crazy! 4 of them are a family from nicuragua they are so so cool! They all stopped and listned the message we had to share and we are going to go by again on saturday! After finding that family we stopped at a 7/11 and i got a Mtn Dew and I put creamer in it! And Bailey Zimmerman was playing so it was a pretty awesome day to say the least! We also had burgers for dinner YUMMY! We went to go visit the Hermana Jimenez she is super sick and we also found out that she doesn’t believe in personal revalation so that was funny! But overall it was a good day. Me and hermana smith are kinda butting heads today but hopefully tomorrow it gets better! Happy 24th of july I hope maleck got to blow some stuff up!

Today was rough. It was long but we got through it. I bought some ice cream and we played ping pong and Foosball in comp study. But we also made bracelets with a part member family tonight. So that was cool. And we made bracelets with a part member family so that was also cool 

7/26/2024

Well another hot day in California! We had a lesson today with our friend Maria (yes another maria) she is awesome! We gave her a book of mormon and she was very excited to read it. She also gave us pupusas so that was a plus! We gave another book of mormon to guy in a park! A new friend named Placido kissed the book! He was super excited to read it! We then had a lesson with our recent convert Christian. We taught about the plan. Of salvation he was very happy to hear that his little brother that died as a baby is in a good place! He almost cried! Tonight a sports night was low key and awkward. All the people we sent to the elders because they were flirting with us were there…awkward! Tomorrow we get to go to the temple with our ward!!!!! I'm so excited! Hermana smith seems sad not sure what to do. She doesn't really like to talk abour her feelings… guess I'll pray for her! 

7/28/2024 

The last few days have been crazy. Don't really remember what happened! We taught our friend idalia yesterday! She is super cute and nice! We also taught our cute old couple friends they said they would come to church. Spoiler alert they did not.. oh yeah how could I forget! I went to the temple yesterday with the ward! It was super fun! The temple was beautiful and there were so many people in our session! And it was all in Spanish so that was pretty cool!

Today was crazy! We taught relief society amd the lesson actually went well! We had 3 friends pull up to church! One of my favorite members is back from her trip! She is so cute! I held our recent convert Maria's hand in church. It felt like holding grandma weavers hand. Most precious thing ever! we actually made our self some good dinner tonight . Hermana smith seems to be doing better! It has been a good day!
