6/11/2024

 Today was turnt. (Not really sure what that word means but I like the sound of it). District council today we talked about confidence, and it was definitely what I need to hear. Got a dope package from my mom! Thanks momma! 

I'm excited for the things in it! Thanks for finally sending then piano books. Today was going kinda a slow. I could tell we were in a rut. So, when Hermana Smith was backing up the car I shook my butt in front of the camera. It made her laugh so it was fun we also jammed out to some music in our car and the bass is SOOOOO GOOD. Little hype music.

 Oh, also this morning we went to find a track we found one at a university, but the parking was so far away that we didn't actually get to run on one, but that is ok. We are gonna try a different place tomorrow.

 We grinded tonight. We didn't have our first lesson today until like 4:30, but then after that we got 6 more lessons in! We were walking some streets at night and Hermana Smith was getting kinda scared but I told her to toughen up haha! Also met a cool family at the park. Everyone was just getting done with softball games so or was popping.

 6/13/2024 Well it is Thursday…Last few days have been crazy. Yesterday we were on bikes! Except I got scared for a second when we first started out because I thought I was going to literally poop my pants. Right before this scary encouterment, we had a lesson with our friend Soledad…she be creeping us out lately, she has such a gran faith but lately she has been saying some creepy stuff, to be quite honest with you I am not really sure what she has been saying but something about the holy ghost. After her went to lunch and got papusas. Literally the best food I have ever had. We found this cute restaurant, definitely gonna have to take my family there. Recently in personal study we have been reading 3 Nephi and I am absolutely loving it! I like to think my testimony is growing. Yesterday we also had English class, and we finally met one of our friends, not at all what I expected! But he is cool. I FINALLY GOT TO PLAY THE PIANO!! It was so fun! Then we went to our first latino party, it was an 8-year-old bday party! Ailyn is so cute! We took lots of pictures and ate pizza and cake! She also loved our birthday present! Today was a whole other day. I feel like last night I blinked and woke right up again. But we went to a park to work out and there were a ton of Chinese working out there. They were doing lots of weird exercises, but they were literally so strong and they were all super strong. I also had Jen today. It was definitely a good one. I got to talk to my mom on the phone too. Gotta work on some stuff hahah. Today was a long but ended good. We went over to our friend delfinos house today and there was a grandson of his sister there and he gave me a picture of a dinosour colored! It literally was the cutest thing ever . 

 6/14/2024 Zone conference day! These days always make me anxious I don't know why. But it was super good! Felt the spirit a lot! Talked a lot about the book of Mormon! Especially 3 Nephi! I love third nephi more than I ever have and I am learning a lot about it. We did a skit in lunch hour for all the zones! I had a part, with one line. Lots of missionaries are leaving after this transfer so Hermana marble bore her testimony, and I definitely cried I am going to miss her. We had a couple of miracles tonight. I felt we should talk to this one lady and I think she needed it. She just lost her mom and I could just feel her pain, it was super sad. Gave her a hug and prayed for her. After we visited one of our friends and she actually let us in her house! Plus, she had the dodgers' game on so that was super good got to watch some of that and share about the BOM. Then we had sports night and our friend delfino pulled up which was dope. Hermana Smith has seemed off but she won’t talk to me, so I am just trying to serve and be kind to her. Biggest takeaway from zone conference was the fact that I need to be more humble. Which entails being correctable and teachable which sometimes I am not. I hate being wrong, but I am going to work on it.

 6/15/24 Today was just wild. Started out with a Father's Day breakfast! It was fun. Danced with a bunch of little kids ams sang a song which was super embarrassing. Me and Hermana Smith have just been dragging this week. Holidays are always hard. Cried some more today. Hermana smith made me talk about my feelings which helped. Also went to a super lit birthday party today for a 1 year old. They were playing Disney music. Best thing ever. Made plans to go to Disneyland with a recent convert next year! had a cool MILAGRO, a friend I found in my first transfer called and said he is coming to church.

 6/16/2024 Welp another day. Father's day was good, I am so glad I got to talk to my dad and mom today! So many miracles today. Just little ones. Like the little girl holding my hand in church. All the girls giving me a hug after church. Our friend who is super hype for his baptism. Our friend Amanda is finally opening up to us, plus she had Star Wars playing in the background. We taught 34 lessons this last week but only made 2 new friends which was slightly disappointing. I am definitely number driven, I like seeing results. But Hermana smith is helping me see that I did everything I could Excited and terrified for this next week but should be good!
