 2/15/24 TESTIMONY

Well today has been amazing. Every day that God gives me is a blessing, I am grateful for Him no matter the circumstances, and I am trying to become more grateful. I haven't been feeling super good today, so I TOOK A NAP!!! It was amazing. In class we talked about testimonies. As my teacher was baring his testimony in Spanish the spirit hit me so hard, I barely understood what he was saying, but I knew what he was saying was so true!!! We all got the chance to bear our testimonies in Spanish and once again I know the gift of tongues is REAL! I don’t know where I would be without my savior. He gives me peace and comfort when I feel lost. He is my best friend. I trust him for whatever comes my way. I am going to do my best to give him my ALL every day, and letting him handle the rest (something Stockton taught me). He is so powerful, and I am coming to understand that better and better as I experience more and more miracles in my life and witness it in others' lives.

Today was nothing short of AWESOME!!! I honestly think for having Hermana Cox in isolation has been a blessing for me. Obviously, I miss her, and I am excited to get her back, but also getting closer with the other sisters in my district has been such a blessing!! Church today was actually phenomenal, the spirit was just so strong. Honestly, we have just been vibing today!! Feeling lots better today! Grateful for all the prayers!! Excited for this week! we only have two more Sundays here! also I have made lots of friends at the MTC which I love just chattin with in the FREE TIME! I could talk about something spiritual now, but I am lazy hahah! jk learned lots about the savior's grace today and the importance of not only having a testimony of Jesus Christ but being CONVERTED to the gospel, so yeah that's dope.

2/19/24 MONDAY
today was actually fire!!! I am really just trying to focus on one day at day at a time and enjoying the moment. It definitely helps to focus on the people that you are with, something I am learning. And being grateful for the little things. Today I am grateful that the sun came out. I'm grateful that I was able to work out hard for 40 minutes and just sweat. I am grateful that me and the other hermanas are just learning to have fun with each other. I kinda have forgotten to have fun, so I am working on just being my silly goofy self along with being spiritual. Oh, also plus, not this really matters but some elders be emailing me so that's kinda exciting. (sorry dad, i am just a girl). Tomorrow is gonna be fire, I can’t wait.

Today was actually fire. I just realized that I said that twice now, my bad hahah. TMI but my period started to I just have been eating all the sweets. Like for lunch I had a bowl of cereal with my food it was so bussin. Morning class was fire; it went by super-fast. We talked about food in Spanish. we were supposed to say what our favorite food in Spanish was, and I chose crepes as per usual. What I would give for a crepe right now!!! So, if you figure out how to send some that would be fantastic. Later in the afternoon we had a workshop which I usually dread going to them, but todays was actually fire. We talked about the importance of being productive vs being busy. And how important planning is to fulfill our missionary purpose. I honestly got so excited. Like I had just started my training schedule for a new race kind of excitement. Oh, and for more than half the day we could only speak Spanish, it actually went quite well. My brain hurt super bad but its ok. Then for tonight's devotional we had a member of the 70 come. It was definitely my favorite devotional yet. He talked about the members of the church being a team, and how important is to expand our missionary purpose. Literally got me so fired up. I have been feeling some nerves as it is almost time for me to go into the field, but a lot of my nerves are just gone now because I just have pure excitement. Something cool I also heard today way… “we counted down the days to start the mission. Why are you counting down the days till you go home?? MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT.” Literally the best thing I have ever heard. It's like making every workout count to help you achieve your PR. LITERALLY MIND BLOWN! can't

wait to learn more tomorrow!! xoxxoxoox
